Cancellation Policy
At My Dream Come Tour, we strive to provide flexibility while ensuring the quality of our private tours.
❌ Our cancellation policy is designed to balance your needs with the planning and resources required for a seamless experience.
1. Cancellations by the Client
More than 14 days before the tour date: 100% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
Between 7 and 14 days before the tour date: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
Less than 7 days before the tour date: No refund will be issued.
2. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are allowed up to 7 days before the tour date, subject to availability.
Changes made less than 7 days before the tour date will be treated as cancellations and follow the terms outlined above.
3. Cancellations by My Dream Come Tour
In the rare case that we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances we will offer a full refund, or the option to reschedule for a later date.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
A 3% fee will be added to the final tour price for payments made via Stripe.
